The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you has taken possession of the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you within 14 days.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

The artwork must be returned in its original condition and securely packaged.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

This includes commissioned artworks and custom-made paintings.
